• Downwash of radionuclides through the air transported jet spray

• Repelling the unimpeded expansion of nuclear clouds, locally-directed, radioactive fallout

• Generating a foam carpet to recapture the down-washed radionuclides

• Covering  “Dirty Bombs” with foam and water form a safe distance
